Two retail projects we have been working on awarded in Best of Realty 2019 ceremony, in the category Shopping Centres.
2. place for Centrum Stromovka, the only shopping centre to be opened in the Czech Republic this year. Asset Services team provided the retail property with the complete marketing strategy, its execution including pre-opening and grand opening (scheduled on 21st November) and Shopping Centre Leasing team provided partial leasing. We are going to provide Centrum Stromovka with the long-term property management.
3. place for Korso Karviná, which has gone throught complete remodelling in the past two years. Together with our client Bluehouse Capital and our colleagues from Shopping Centre Releasing and Project Management we changed 75 % of the total GLA. Apart from that, the shopping centre got a new facade and extended its food court.
