Zuzana is a consultant at Cushman & Wakefield. As a part of retail team she acts on behalf of landlords searching for suitable tenants and is responsible for the comprehensive shopping centre leasing strategy. She provides consultancy and advice regarding the most suitable usage of retail space as well as evaluation of the market rent within shopping centre schemes. She also acts on renegotiation of expiring contracts. Her focus is on large regional schemes as well as local shopping centers.
She works alongside other Cushman & Wakefield teams, mainly with property management and market research, also retail parks, industrial, offices, hotels and investment.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Zuzana worked as a leasing consultant/manager at Avison Young, Českomoravská Nemovitostní a.s. or Svoboda & Williams.
