Valentýna is the administrative support to the team and personal assistant to Jan Kotrbáček, Head of Retail Team for Central and Eastern Europe.
She is responsible for coordinating administrative activities across the CEE region for Cushman & Wakefield’s retail agencies, completing billing processes, monitoring and updating the database across the agency portfolio, reporting regularly to EMEA Cross Border Retail & Leisure and FP & A CEE. As Jan Kotrbáček’s personal assistant, she is responsible for managing his calendar and various requirements, from booking meeting rooms, managing reports and presentations to managing business travel and processing corporate expenses.
