At Cushman & Wakefield, Michaela primarily focuses on the leasing strategy for the Dornych shopping centre project in Brno.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Michaela worked on leasing and operational projects for top-tier retail developments, managing leasing processes and relationships with both international retail brands and local tenants. Her main areas of expertise include tenant negotiations, strategic leasing, and a deep understanding of the retail property market.
