Martin joined Cushman & Wakefield in April 2022, where he is primarily responsible for the strategy of leasing shopping centers within the Retail Releasing team, where Cushman & Wakefield provides clients with a comprehensive retail space management and leasing of premises.
Martin is an experienced consultant. In the past, he was in charge of industrial real estate and tenant representation within this segment. He is now responsible for the business plan and strategies for leasing shopping centers. He provides consultations and advice on the ideal use of retail space, evaluation of market rent, layout changes, optimization of the tenant mix and also on significant changes in the shopping center (reduction of the hypermarket, reconstruction or expansion of the center).
He works with colleagues in other Cushman & Wakefield departments, primarily asset management and market research, as well as colleagues in the leasing departments of retail parks, industrial, office, hotel and investment.

- Master Degree., Metropolitan University Prague, Asian studies & International relations, graduated in 2014
- MBA, Cambridge Business School Prague (CBS), Sales Management, to be graduated in 2024
