Overview

Eurovea is a part of the current development of Eurovea City. Eurovea City will be a dynamic, retail, entertainment, residential and administrative quarter. With its new parks, squares, sport areas and public spaces, it will become the ideal place for living and relaxing in the centre of Bratislava.

The story of Eurovea began in 2010 and the position as a prestigious and successful shopping boulevard of the Bratislava city was not decided by a strong developer, nor by the brands that Eurovea chose for their representation. This position was decided mainly by satisfied visitors, who liked Eurovea not only as a destination for their shopping, but also as a center of many cultural and social events, a place of entertainment and relaxation.

With total leasable area of 85,000 m2, Eurovea is the largest retail and leisure zone in Slovakia.

At the same time, Eurovea is part of the extensive development and modern district of EUROVEA CITY – Bratislava’s “Manhattan”, which will include the first Slovak residential skyscraper (with a height of 170 meters), new office buildings, a completed tram line, a footbridge connecting Eurovea with the other side of river Danube, open sports grounds and an even more vibrant location connecting the role of the new social and cultural center of the city.

The biggest attraction will be a two-floor Primark, the Irish fashion chain’s first store in Slovakia. Alongside Primark are also the sports fashion retailer Nike, British brand JD Sports, the new larger Mango that includes Mango Man, successful online platforms Modivo and eObuv. The fashion range is diversified by the Halfprice concept, where customers can buy products from well-known global brands at exceptional prices in the largest area in Slovakia. The service segment is complemented by a premium Tesco supermarket concept.

The gastro-section also has positive changes with the new dining area doubling in size. With 1,156 seats, supplemented by a Food Hall, and 16 restaurants on the Danube promenade, it is largest gastro destination in Slovakia. The Cinema City will also grow to 17 screens and a completely new VIP concept post-reconstruction.

The Eurovea importance and position grows with its extension and surrounding development, and the Cushman & Wakefield team is ready to present you the leasing opportunity and the potential for attractive revenues in this word-class project.
