Zdeněk has been working as High Street Retail Consultant on the prime, premium and luxury market locations and remaining main point of contact for many international as well as local retailers. He is a specialist in leisure & restaurants segment and coordinates all related discussions and meetings both on tenants‘ and landlords‘ side.
Zdeněk joined Cushman & Wakefield High Street team in 2013 and has 18-year experience in real estate.
He has closed number of high street transactions with the retailers: STARBUCKS, IKEA, COS, Flying Tiger Copenhagen, VODAFONE, Sklizeno, DELMART and others.
Zdeněk provides leasing solutions for landlords of high street properties and shopping centers – LaSalle Investment, CRESTYL, Generali Real Estate, CPI PG, INVESCO, PPF, PENTA, PSN, Westfield Unibail Rodamco, Klepiérre, HB Reavis.
Zdeněk developed a service line of office buildings‘ cafeteria operator selection for developers and organized the selection for latest Skanska projects Visionary, Praga Studios, Parkview and other developers projects Aspira and Technopark.
