He has worked on several significant real estate projects and gained his professional knowledge and experience working for prominent development companies and real estate agencies such as ECE, McCarthur Company, TriGranit Development, and many others.
Pavol has extensive experience in negotiating rental terms and closing deals in retail with more than 500 completed leases, renegotiations, etc. He has also contributed to 20+ feasibility studies of retail real estate development. He specializes in planning and consulting in the field of retail real estate. During his career, he has designed and implemented several successful branch/tenant mix strategies and master planning strategies.
