The team representing the tenant (Tenant Representation) focuses on representing clients throughout the Czech Republic. Our role is to introduce the market to the client and ensuring the best conditions of the lease both the current offices and in the options selected by the client. Client's role is then only in key decision-making points.

Our services are comprehensive - they are beginning from the first meeting and ending by signature of the contract or delivery of new office space. Cushman & Wakefield manages the whole process with a view to achievement of the best result.
